Miles for Smiles

Being part of the Comsol Alfie Cox team is fantastic - we have a great team, great support, and we get on really well. Recently we all went to Red Bull Romaniacs and had a ball - we know we are pretty lucky.

Something you may not yet know about our team though - Comsol also pledges to support a very worthwhile charity, Miles for Smiles. If you don't know about them, this is what they do:

'The Cipla Miles for Smiles foundation was formed to assist Operation Smile in creating awareness for the plight of children born with cleft lips and palates and raise funds to perform corrective surgery on them.
The foundation has a fundamental aim, to inspire and challenge individuals to go out and make a difference in the lives of those around them, by challenging themselves to achieve the impossible and by doing so make a difference.'

THis is so similar to what we do in racing - I personally get such a kick out of hearing people say that I inspire them to train, race, get out there any enjoy riding. And to challenge yourself is to better yourself.

In my racing, I am often caught on camera, and both me and Mon are lucky enough to have great smiles! I am very proud to be a part of the Comsol team that aims to make a difference by supporting Miles for Smiles.
