Team meeting in the new workshop

Wen tto the gym this morning for an attempt at a new workout, Mon came along and forced me to do two circuits and I was 100% broken. I've only had a few days rest / recovery since Red Bull Romaniacs so I have a couple of weeks to build back up before the Winterberg National.

KTM300 XCW - setting up

Picked up my brand new KTM300 XCW yesterday from Alfie Cox Racing. I have been looking forward to my new bike as I've been riding one in Erzberg and Romaniacs. For me, I think the new frames are a big improvement. I got the white Polisport plastic kits as this really is the key to making it fast - that, and the sticker kit (thanks Darryl+Bandit Signs).

Being part of the Comsol Alfie Cox team is fantastic - we have a great team, great support, and we get on really well. Recently we all went to Red Bull Romaniacs and had a ball - we know we are pretty lucky.

After getting home 9pm on Friday, we got up just after 5am and headed to the 4th round of the WFO enduro series at Elandskraal. We took a wrong turn so only got there about 35 minutes before the start, nothing like a hurry to get you going.
